William "Chewie" Cooper was the 45th President of the United States of America. He was inaugurated in 2003, but died heroically during the invasion of earth in 2003.

President Cooper has a complicated history with the American people. During the first years of his presidency, Cooper was very unpopular to the public, many addressing his actions as 'a slow bumble out of office'. However, when extraterrestrial lifeforms began to invade Earth, Cooper steppd up and put togetehr various teams to fight back. While the invasion was stopped, Cooper was sadly killed in the Battle of Washington.
