Mr. President (known only by this name due to Presidents in his time losing their names upon inauguration), was the final President of the United Federation, an evolution of the United States of America.

Mr. President is notable for being the final President of the United Federation's lifetime. During these final months, a terrorist group of supernatural enemies known as the Black Arms had begun invading the capital, Central City. Mr. President is the only President to have given a civilian access to Guardian Unit of Nations equipment, this equipment being the Eclipse Cannon. However, all was for naught, and Central City (along with the United Federation) was blown to bits when the Cannon went haywire, attracting a black comet and split into pieces, destroying much of the Federation.
