James Byron Dean was the 37th president of the United States of America. He was inaugurated on January 20, 1969, and served until January 20th, 1977.
President Dean is well known for his massive popularity during his serving time and election year. He is also known for his several acts for USA philanthropy, including legalizing same-sex marriage, establishing the Department of Technology (which led to the improvement of public and private healthcare), and shutting down the Giza Guardian project in 1969.
